Russell – the owner - is a creative Chef and has explored cuisine from Southern to northern Brazil for many years where he has learnt the secrets of cooking genuine Traditional Brazilian dishes and churrasco. He has 15 years experience in the catering industry and now is mixing his modern Austrailian experience with Brazilian classics. He also has worked as a Chef in many countries gaining great skills, from other countries. Russell is dedicated in providing quality food and great customer service.
