First and foremost I want to say THANK YOU!! Your staff were very friendly and took care of everything without needing me to micro manage anything. They showed up well before my guests, asked where I wanted them to set up and that’s the last thing I needed to do with them for the night! The majority of my guests continuously told me the food was awesome and wanted more. Most people aren’t fans of the side dishes, but everyone kept saying you have to try those sides, they’re amazing!  I also appreciate all the extra help you gave organising the marquee, chairs and offering to organise various other aspects of my party. The party was a stressful day and your helpful staff helped to relieve the stress. Everything went perfectly.  The food was "delicious" of course and the staff was efficient and gracious.  The house was left in perfect condition.  Most important, everyone, including and especially myself and my friends and family had a wonderful time!

I just wanted to say thanks for the great food and service that you provided us last Saturday. Everything was fantastic and the amount of food was over the top. We had so much left over that we managed to feed all of our family again the next day and I couldn't help sneaking in some pieces of that delicious picahna (hope I spelt it right) during the middle of the night. I'm still getting cravings for your food!


Thanks again and I have passed your details on to several of our clients who are very interested in your services. I believe you may have already spoken with Ralph from Lisha's catering and you can expect to hear from a few more people in the coming months.
I also just wanted to add that the personalised customer service that you provided me with prior to the event was outstanding. You were the reason that we decided to go with your company. You endeavored to bend over backwards and go the extra mile which made all the difference. We had spoken to several other spit roast caterers and you definitely stood out with your "can do" attitude.

Thank you so much for your and Russell's catering last Saturday. I was impressed with your self sufficiency and it was great to be free to enjoy the event myself.
I thought everything went very well and judging by the  positive feedback (there were plenty of compliments on the food and the unique cooking style, with many guests asking how I found out about you), everybody enjoyed your and Russell's cooking as much as I did!
One suggestion, I noticed that the prawns, of which there were lots,  disappeared quite quickly.  My friends include many bush walkers, a band of people known for their vociferous appetites and this was no doubt the cause for this phenomena.  However, maybe holding some back for a refill of the serving dish halfway through may help to spread such sought after delicacies more evenly amongst the guests.

I would like to say a big thank you for the fantastic job you and your team did at catering our wedding.
We have great feedback from our guests about how tasty and tender the meat was and how delicious the salads were – please give our compliments to the chef.  
The catering staff was fantastic as well; very professional and even went so far as to help clean up and collect empty glasses, they really went above and beyond.
All in all we could not have hoped for better food and service, you company really contributed to making the day special and we will be happy to recommend your services to friends and colleagues who are having functions  and I’m sure my guests will as well.
