Our Head Chef, Russell, worked in Southern Brazil for many years where he learnt the secrets of cooking genuine Traditional Brazilian dishes. He has also worked as a Chef   in many countries gaining great skills, so we can offer Australian style Barbecues and foods from other countries if you wish ( see our menu choices).
