Our mobile Brazilian Spit Roast is the first home catering of its kind in Australia.

We proudly offer in your home or venue skewered roast meats cooked over flaming charcoal.  We use a traditional method of cooking that is called churrasco and has been developed over hundreds of years in Brazil and the Southern areas of South America.

This unique method of cooking meats keeps the natural flavors of the cut and leaves the meat soft and juicy.
