→ Choose your canapes selection if you’d like to add something delicious for your guests to nibble on before the main meal (minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 items)
→ Choose a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 meats (suggested and more popular quantity: 4 meats)
→ Choose a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 salads
→ Choose your exciting extras and divine desserts

How it works:
We prepare the food on site using our mobile BBQs, setting up a live cooking station that guests will be thrilled to watch – it’s not just about food, it is about entertainment too!
We are really self-sufficient, bringing all equipment we need to cook and serve the food on site (open area required for cooking).
Canapés are served by our waiters roaming around on platters before main meal to all guests.
We bring salad selection to tables in porcelain bowls (serving utensils provided) for each group of guests to share. Meat selection is served in waves by our waiters – one option after the other – directly onto guest’s plates, straight off the BBQ – the traditional Brazilian style!
Following main service we clear tables, pack all equipment back in the van and leave only great memories of delicious food and outstanding friendly service behind, so you don’t have to move a finger on your own party!

Fernando and his team catered for our wedding in October 2016 and we could not be happier with every aspect of their work. We were going for a slightly less formal wedding, an occasion where we could relax with our family and friends and celebrate together. Brazilian BBQ Catering really made this a reality.
The food, was fantastic – tasty, juicy meats; crisp fresh salads; wonderfully cooked veggies and more than enough to fill everyone!
Not only was the food fantastic, but Fernando was happy to oblige some very weird and wonderful dietary requirements among our guests, and he did this without making a scene when conversing with those people – two people seated near me had dietary requirements and I never even noticed!

I can’t even begin to put into words how amazing Fernando and his team were. From every email, tasting and the event nothing was an issue. The food was amazing and A lot of my guest have said it was the best wedding food they have had!!!
